Human Design is a modern synthesis system that layers your astrological birth chart with the I Ching, the Kabbalistic Tree of Life, and the chakra model. From your birth date, time, and place it draws a BodyGraph: a map of nine energy centers showing which parts of you run consistently from within, and which stay open and responsive to the people around you.
The headline of that map is your type. Everyone belongs to one of five — Generator, Manifesting Generator, Projector, Manifestor, or Reflector — and each type carries a strategy, a simple decision-making posture that lowers resistance in daily life.
