Terms of Use

By using the Zudia application ("App"), you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not accept the terms, do not use the app. The App is provided by AB Ortadogu Dis Ticaret ve Egitim Hizmetleri Ltd. Sti. ("Company", "we").

Zudia is a mobile application that provides personal content, compatibility analysis and social matching services using astrology, Human Design and numerology data.

Important: Zudia is an entertainment and personal development app. The analyses provided are not scientific evidence and do not replace professional advice.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the app.
• You are expected to provide accurate information during registration.
• You are responsible for the security of your account.
• Each person may create only one account.

The following behaviors are prohibited:

• Creating fake or misleading profiles
• Harassing, threatening or demeaning other users
• Sharing spam, advertising or unsolicited commercial content
• Manipulating or reverse engineering the app's technical infrastructure
• Collecting other users' data without permission
• Using the app for illegal activities

Content created by users (profile information, messages) is the responsibility of the user. Content that violates rules may be removed without prior notice.

• Basic features are free.
• Premium features are offered through monthly or annual subscriptions.
• Payments are processed through the App Store or Google Play.
• Subscriptions auto-renew. Cancellation is done through platform settings.
• Refund policy is subject to Apple/Google platform rules.

The Zudia brand, logo, design, code and content are the intellectual property of the Company. They may not be copied, distributed or modified without written permission.

Zudia is provided "as is". The Company does not guarantee that the app will operate without interruption or error. Astrological, Human Design and numerological analyses do not carry scientific certainty.

The Company cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the app. Users make their decisions at their own responsibility.

• Accounts that violate usage rules may be warned, suspended or permanently closed.
• Users may delete their accounts at any time.
• Account deletion is completed with permanent deletion of all data within 30 days.

The app uses third-party services such as Firebase (Google), App Store (Apple), Google Play (Google) and payment processors. Their own terms of use and privacy policies apply.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be announced via in-app notification or email. Continuing to use the app after updates means you accept the new terms.

These terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction in disputes.
