Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected, processed, stored and protected when you use the zudia.app website ("Site", "Service"). The data controller is AB Ortadogu Dis Ticaret ve Egitim Hizmetleri Ltd. Sti. ("Zudia", "Company", "we"). Contact: sikayet@zudia.app

Depending on how you use the Site, we process the following categories of personal data:

• Identity: full name (used to calculate your numerology numbers).
• Contact: email address (account sign-in, verification and password reset emails).
• Birth data: date of birth, time of birth, birth place or coordinates (used to calculate your natal chart, Human Design type and numerology — the core purpose of the Service).
• Analysis records: summaries of the analyses you run (sun/moon/rising sign, life path number, Human Design type) together with the birth details you entered, stored in your account history.
• Usage counters: monthly analysis and Oracle question counts (to enforce fair-use quotas). Oracle chat messages are processed to generate a response but are not stored on our servers after the conversation.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and, with your consent, analytics cookies (see Section 4).

We do not process special categories of personal data (health, religion, biometrics etc.) and we never ask for payment card details.

• Providing the Service (creating your account, calculating charts and readings, showing your history) — necessary for the performance of the contract between you and us.
• Security, abuse prevention and fair-use quota enforcement — our legitimate interest.
• Transactional emails (verification, password reset) — necessary for the performance of the contract.
• Analytics cookies (visitor statistics) — only with your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Strictly necessary cookies (session, language, theme and cookie-preference storage) are used without consent as they are required for the Site to function. Google Analytics is loaded only if you accept analytics cookies in the consent banner; it helps us understand visit statistics in aggregate. You can change your choice at any time via the cookie settings link in the footer. Rejecting analytics does not limit any feature of the Site.

To provide the Service we work with the following processors, whose servers may be located outside Turkey (primarily in the United States and the EU). By creating an account you acknowledge these transfers:

• Google LLC — Firebase Authentication (sign-in), Cloud Firestore (account and analysis records) and, with consent, Google Analytics.
• Resend Inc. — transactional email delivery (verification and password reset).
• Google (Gemini API) — your birth details are sent, without your email address, to generate AI-written reading texts; they are not used to train models per Google's API terms.

Astrological calculations themselves run on our own server in Turkey.

Your data is kept for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account (My Account → Delete account) your authentication record, analysis history and usage counters are erased without undue delay. Data required to comply with legal obligations may be retained for the legally mandated period only.

You have the right to:

• learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it;
• learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly;
• know the third parties to whom your data is transferred;
• request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data;
• request deletion or destruction of your data;
• object to results that arise against you from automated analysis;
• claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

You can exercise these rights by emailing sikayet@zudia.app. We respond within 30 days at the latest, free of charge. You may also delete your account and all associated data yourself at any time from the My Account page.

All traffic is encrypted with TLS. Your records are accessible only through authenticated, server-side services; browsers have no direct database access. API keys and credentials are stored with restricted access on our servers.

The Service is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children; such accounts are deleted when detected.

All astrology, numerology, Human Design and AI-generated content on Zudia is provided for entertainment, inspiration and self-discovery purposes only. It does not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial or professional advice of any kind. See our Terms of Use for details.

We may update this policy from time to time; the current version is always published on this page with its update date. Material changes will be announced on the Site.
