This Privacy Policy explains how personal data of users of the Zudia application ("App") is collected, processed, stored and protected. The App is operated by AB Ortadogu Dis Ticaret ve Egitim Hizmetleri Ltd. Sti. ("Company", "we").

Personal data may be collected in the following categories:

• Account Information: Name/nickname, email address, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth.
• Profile Data: Gender preference, profile photo, bio text.
• Usage Data: In-app interactions, feature usage, session duration.
• Device Information: Device model, operating system, app version, language preference.
• Payment Information: Subscription status (payment details are processed directly by App Store/Google Play).

• Creating astrological, Human Design and numerological profiles
• Providing compatibility analysis and matching services
• Generating daily transit signals and personalized content
• Monitoring and improving app performance
• Providing user support
• Fulfilling legal obligations

Your personal data is stored encrypted on Firebase (Google Cloud) infrastructure. Your birth date, time and place information is protected with AES-256 encryption. Data is stored as long as your account is active.

Your personal data is not shared with third parties except in the following cases:

• Legal obligation (court order, legal request)
• Infrastructure providers (Firebase/Google Cloud — under data processing agreement)
• Analytics services (anonymized, aggregated data)

Data sales: ZERO. Your personal data is never sold to third parties under any circumstances.

Cookies may be used on our website for basic functionality. Device identifiers are used for analytics purposes in the mobile app. No third-party advertising tracking tools are used.

Under KVKK (Law No. 6698) and GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Request access to your personal data
• Request correction of your data
• Request deletion of your data (right to be forgotten)
• Request restriction of data processing
• Request data portability
• Object to automated decisions

Zudia is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. If we learn that an individual under 18 has provided data, this data will be deleted immediately.

TLS 1.3 encrypted connection, AES-256 data encryption, regular security audits and access control are implemented. In the event of a security breach, relevant authorities and users will be notified within 72 hours.

As your data is processed on Google Cloud (Firebase) infrastructure, it may be stored on EU/US servers. These transfers are carried out under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

Our app may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy policies of these sites.

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be announced via in-app notification or email. Continuing to use the app after updates means you accept the changes.
